The separate accommodation provided privacy but was a bit inconvenient to access the main lodge and hot springs. the warm hospitality of Jose and the staff, paired with the delicious food and exceptional service, truly set a high standard for luxury resorts in the area. Although we didn't dine at Las Ventanas, the breakfast spread was a delightful culinary experience showcasing Costa Rican flavors. the property's hot spring lagoons and pools, along with the wellness-focused art at Dempster Fine Art, created a serene environment perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. the synergy of the mineral-rich waters, yoga classes, and diverse activities like exploring the Arenal River made for a truly holistic experience. the only downside was not being able to secure an upper-floor room as requested, but overall, the Springs Resort & Spa At Arenal exceeded expectations and provided a memorable escape into nature's tranquility.
